BIKING 

• Round tours from 50 to 1,500 metres in height in the ascent
• Single trails with different levels of difficulty from easy to medium with difficult sections
• different path conditions: asphalt road, forest road, single trail, cart track
• Highlight: 1,000 m down the valley on single trail

The starting point always remains the Genussradweg in the valley, which connects the various ascent and descent routes.
Less frequented, asphalted access roads lead steeply at the beginning, then steadily up to Quadrat, the plateau at 800m, where, depending on the season, wide colourful or lush green meadows characterise the picturesque landscape.
From here, varied round tours start to the small hamlet "Aschbach" at 1,350 m or up to the high plateau Vigiljoch at 1,730 m.
