Hiking

In the holiday village of Partschins, 240 km of marked paths and paths with magnificent panoramas invite you to take walks in the valley floor, hikes over alpine meadows or alpine mountaineering tours. With 33,430 ha, the Texelgruppe Nature Park is the largest nature park in South Tyrol.

Walks and easy hikes:

The Waalwege-trails are recommended. Waale are ancient, artificially created watercourses, which are used to irrigate the fields. The area also offers a variety of easy walks around Rabland and Partschins.

Difficult to high alpine hikes:

The Texel Group is the high alpine treasure trove of the Merano region. The Meraner Höhenweg is one of the most beautiful crossings in the entire Alpine region. The Vinschgau, the Merano Basin, the Passeier Valley, the Ötztal Alps, the Dolomites and the Ortler Group can be seen as if from a panoramic terrace. One experiences the world of the mountain farmers, who have shaped this mountain and cultural landscape in centuries of work.
