local tourist tax:

The South Tyrol spa tax is 2.10 euros per person per night. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from this tax!

breakfast:

We will be happy to spoil you with an extensive breakfast basket. For the duration of your stay we will gladly supply you with an extensive breakfast directly in your apartment.

For only €35 per breakfast package for 2 persons (or €49 for 3 persons), you can enjoy fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the region.

reduction for children:

0-3 years for free, 4-14 years 50 % reduction!

pets:

10 Euro per day.

booking conditions:

The booking of the apartment is binding! Cancellation sounds annoying and is usually also for all parties involved.
It's a pity if apartments remain free and others would have liked to come; but everyone can have something in between.
Our request: inform us in time.

FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 60 DAYS BEFORE THE START OF YOUR HOLIDAY!
- Cancellation within 59 to 15 days before holiday start: 40 % of the total price
- Cancellation within 14 to 8 days before holiday start: 60 % of the total price
- Cancellation from the 7th day before the start of the holiday: 70% of the total price.
In order to protect yourself against unnecessary cancellation costs, we offer you an extremely inexpensive cancellation insurance (e.g. for only 15 Euro an overnight stay price is covered up to 300 Euro).
